Choose a bounded pilot

Start with a specific workflow, an accountable owner and representative data. Define success before connecting the system: acceptable errors, required review, completion evidence and total cost.

Include difficult cases such as a changed policy, a revoked permission and a missing source. These reveal more than a polished happy-path demonstration.

Separate ownership, access and acting authority

An organization can own shared resources. People belong to it with defined roles. Agents have their own identities and access. The organization a task is performed for is separate from permission to read a particular record. An agent deployed into two organizations is not two views of one thing: each deployment is its own identity with its own Mind, memory, data and connected accounts, so nothing one organization’s instance learns or holds surfaces in the other’s.

Do not treat a shared company Mind as a universal access grant. Check direct access and information that could be copied, summarized or inferred from it.

How organizations are structured and paid for

Everyone in an organization holds one of three roles: owner, admin or member. The last owner can never be removed or demoted, so administrative control never lapses. Owners and admins add people individually, or set up a join rule so anyone signing up with a matching email domain is added automatically. A new organization is private by default; making it discoverable lets people find it and request to join, and an owner or admin still approves or denies each request.

Domains are how access is granted: a nested tree of folders holding knowledge, skills, connected accounts and agents, each grantable at one of four levels from use through admin. A grant reaches everything nested beneath it, so check what sits inside a domain before granting broad access to it. The organization also holds its own wallet and pays for the work its agents do, which is what lets cost land on the business rather than on whoever happened to start the conversation.

Understand the operating environment

thinqOS offers a hosted private preview and an installation path for infrastructure you operate. Running your own instance changes who manages credentials, backups, releases and availability. It does not remove those responsibilities.

Agree data handling and operator access before using sensitive records. This site does not assert certifications or suitability for a regulated workload; evaluate the actual deployment and agreements.

Plan for change and exit

Review export formats, integration dependencies, update behavior and how to recover from an interrupted task. Test a pause and a manual fallback. Keep authoritative business records in the systems that own them.

A successful pilot shows that the complete workflow is useful and governable. It is stronger evidence than a feature checklist or one good answer.
