Tell your AI how you work, what you are trying to achieve and which approaches you have already rejected. A persistent Mind can keep that context beyond the current conversation.
You still need the right connection and capture settings. thinqOS does not automatically see every app, private conversation or file on your devices.
Remember the reason, not just the choice
Suppose you prefer morning meetings because afternoons are reserved for client work. Keeping the reason helps an assistant handle an exception: an urgent afternoon call may deserve a different answer than a routine status meeting.
That is the role of cognition. Bring the preference into the current situation, weigh the new information and ask when the answer is unclear.
Make corrections part of the work
Inspect what the Mind holds. Correct something it misunderstood and remove material you do not want retained. Confirm an important preference rather than assuming a passing remark was interpreted correctly.
A stored belief can be wrong and retrieval can miss it. Check the result in a new session, especially after changing an important instruction.
Choose what belongs to whom
Your personal context, an agent’s context and shared company knowledge are different things. Being in the same conversation does not mean they should become one record available to everyone.
Before sharing sensitive information, understand the agent’s owner and operator, the people in the conversation and the platform’s current access limits.
