Pricing

Simple pricing for you, your agents, and your business.

Add a Mind for each person and agent that needs its own memory, and choose a plan for the setup and controls you want around them. Use your own AI account, or let us manage AI use with a spending limit you approve.

Your total is the plan + extra Minds + AI use. Use your own AI account with no markup, or managed AI at provider cost + 30%, less your plan’s included credit, which stays the same however many Minds you add.

The first offer

Buyer follow-up, ready for your approval.

One Sales and Key Accounts agent works one queue. For each buyer message it prepares a sourced account brief and a reply draft from your records and your governed reference pack, and flags missing information or terms outside your approved rules. A person on your team reviews and sends every reply. The agent does not send on its own, make binding commitments or place orders.

It runs as a paid 60-day pilot on a dedicated deployment that thinqOS hosts and operates, and your live data arrives only after its isolation has been verified. We agree the measures and the decision at the end before any work starts. Access is by request during private preview.

Pilots are how businesses start. The Personal plan is for individuals and has no pilot, launch or dedicated deployment: it starts on the plan directly.

Office of the CEO

$1,200/ month
$12,000/year · 10 Minds · $250 monthly managed AI credit

We manage up to 10 Minds with you. Launch included. Up to 4 hours/month; repairs do not count. Extra capacity $40/month, or $75/month with management, up to 25 Minds.

Full plan details

For the owner who would rather we run it: we build, run and keep your agent team current with you, with a named contact and a monthly review. You keep the business priorities, the external approvals, and the final decisions.

  • Pay monthly, or pay for twelve months up front and save $2,400
  • The Small Business platform with ten Minds, plus $750/month for us to manage the agents with you
  • 10 governed Minds, built with you, and a shared picture of how your business works, kept current
  • Add a Mind for $40/month, the same as Small Business, up to 25 total. Additional Minds are billed monthly on either payment option
  • The launch is included, and so is the work after it: a named person to call, a monthly review of every agent, connection checks and repairs, a quarterly business review, and changes within two business days of asking, for up to ten Minds we manage. Reviews, connection checks, and requested changes draw on up to four hours a month of that person’s time; anything beyond it is quoted before it starts. Fixing something that breaks is on us and never counts against those hours. Each Mind beyond ten that we manage is $75/month: the $40 of capacity plus $35 of operations

Annual contract · 15 Minds · $500 monthly managed AI credit

A contract with controls scoped per deployment, a security review and support. Implementation from $15,000. Additional capacity by agreement.

For organizations that need a contracted scope, a security review and dedicated support. We quote Enterprise when the controls available today meet your requirements, and not otherwise.

  • Priced for the value delivered and the controls required, not the Mind count. 15 governed Minds included, with more contracted as you need them
  • A contract, with the controls scoped per deployment. It includes a security review of the deployment we offer, with its current limits in writing: the hosted service is not end-to-end encrypted, administrative access is not comprehensively logged, and there is no compliance attestation

Personal

$100/ month
$1,000/year · 2 Minds · $25 monthly managed AI credit

For one person. Extra Minds $50/month each, up to 5 total.

Full plan details

Two governed Minds: yours, and a durable agent that works for you.

  • 2 governed Minds: you and one durable agent
  • Add up to three more Minds for $50/month each, up to 5 Minds total
  • Bring your own key, or use managed AI (see how AI use is priced above)
  • Pay monthly, or pay for twelve months up front and save $200
Personal capacity and upgrading

Personal supports one person with up to five Minds. At full capacity that is $250/month, the same price at which Small Business begins. When several people need shared rules and controls, Small Business starts at $250 with 5 governed Minds. Upgrading never costs you a jump.

Business platform: $250/month, including five Minds. Additional Minds: $40/month each. A ten-Mind configuration is $450/month. A Mind is one person or one agent that keeps its own memory, access, and history between sessions. An agent you start for a single task and discard does not use one, so the charge is for durable capacity above what the plan includes, not for every agent that ever runs.

Building thinqOS into your own product? Pricing is per active Mind rather than per plan, from $30 per active Mind per month, reducing with volume, with a $150 monthly account minimum. White-labelling is permitted, and naming thinqOS in your product earns a pricing credit.

How the three parts of your bill work
How pricing works

Three parts. No surprises.

You pay for a plan, any extra Minds, and AI use. We show each part separately.

Every plan is a bundle of governed Minds. A Mind is the unit we provision, meter, and price by, whether you use thinqOS directly or embed it in your own product.

Your plan

Each plan includes a set number of Minds: people or agents with their own memory, access, and history.

Extra Minds

Add a Mind when you need another person or agent to keep its own context. An extra Mind adds capacity only; it doesn’t add AI credit. Short-lived tasks do not use a slot.

AI use

Use your own AI account with no markup, or let us manage it at provider cost + 30%. Every plan includes a credit.

Choosing a plan and changing later
Plans

For one person or a whole business.

Every plan includes Minds that keep their own context, access, and history. A Mind is a person or an agent that keeps its own memory between sessions; agents you start for a single task and discard do not use a slot. Annual plans cost about ten months of monthly service.

Capacity and service are priced separately. A Mind costs the same $40/month on Small Business and on Office of the CEO, up to 25 either way, so you never change plans just to add one. You move up when you want us to manage the agents with you, or when you need the security and deployment work.

Use your own AI account, or let us manage it Export your Minds in documented formats Set rules and controls, as you grow
A Mind for each person, a company Mind, and agents with defined jobs, with your people keeping the relationships, the judgment, and the final say. Manage the agents yourself, or have us manage them with you.
Which one is for you

One question decides it.

Is there someone on your team who will own the agents: connect the tools, adjust the instructions when the business changes, and check in on the results? If yes, manage the agents yourself. If no, or if that person’s time is worth more than $750 a month, have us manage them with you. Both give you the same platform and the same $40 Minds. The difference is who keeps them current.

You manage the agentsSmall Business

A good fit when someone in-house is comfortable with software settings and wants to own it.

  • For: the lowest price. You can change anything the moment you want to. Your team learns how the agents work.
  • Against: that person’s time is the real cost, about an hour a week at first. When they are away, nobody is watching. When a connection breaks, you notice it and you call us.
We manage the agents with youOffice of the CEO

A good fit when nobody in-house wants to be the technical one, or the owner’s time is better spent on the business.

  • For: we set it up, watch it, fix it, and improve it with you. You have a named person to call. You keep the business priorities, the external approvals, and the final decisions; you talk about the business, never about settings.
  • Against: $750 a month more. Changes go through us, within two business days, rather than by you in the moment.

During private preview, plans are set up by agreement, and a change takes effect when we update your plan. Nothing is rebuilt either way: the agents, their memory, and their connections stay exactly as they are.

Launch: setup, scope and one-time costs
The launch

One launch, the same every time.

Every business starts the same way, so nothing is priced by the hour. You send five things: the account list, the price sheet, the top products with what they cost you, the open pipeline, and access to the shared inbox and calendar. A thinqOS agent then has a thirty-minute conversation with each person, separately, about the business and how they decide. We review the draft team together on one ninety-minute call and configure the agreed roles, up to five.

$2,500, one-time, on Small Business, where it is optional. Included in Office of the CEO and Enterprise. A day in person is available for $5,000 instead. Booking the launch commits you to the launch and to nothing else: no plan or role is added until the scope is agreed on the review call.

Starting with buyer follow-up? That launch is narrower, required, and priced the same: one Sales and Key Accounts agent, one queue, one email connection and one governed reference pack, for $2,500 one time.

AI usage: credits, caps and worked examples
How usage works

Every plan includes an AI allowance.

Your subscription covers the governed Minds and platform. Each plan also includes a monthly credit against managed AI charges: $25 Personal, $75 Small Business, $250 Office of the CEO, and $500 Enterprise. The credit belongs to the plan, not to each Mind: adding Minds adds capacity, not credit, and doesn’t raise the spend cap. The credit is measured at our customer usage price, provider cost + 30%, the same units as your balance and invoices. Usage beyond the credit is billed at provider cost + 30%. A monthly spend cap limits your total managed AI usage, including the credit. By default the cap is three times your credit, which is $225 a month on Small Business. We warn you at 80% of the cap, and managed AI stops at the cap until you raise it. You can raise the cap, lower it, or set it to zero.

Bring your own keyno markup

Connect your provider account and every model call bills to you directly. thinqOS adds no model-cost markup, ever. Your subscription still covers the governed platform and Minds. This is a full mode, not just an overage setting.

Or let us run itcost + 30%

Your included credit is applied first. The managed charge is the model provider’s published API cost multiplied by 1.30. Model choice and usage determine the provider cost; a monthly spend cap, three times your credit by default, limits your total managed AI usage, including the credit.

Exact managed-AI arithmetic

  • $25 of provider usage $32.50 managed charge
  • $100 of provider usage $130 managed charge
  • $500 of provider usage $650 managed charge
  • Small Business example: $100 provider usage, less $75 credit $55 added to the bill

These examples show the billing formula, not a usage forecast. Bring your own key to pay the provider directly with no thinqOS markup.

What your Minds can do
What changes on Monday

Work does not start from scratch every time.

Each Mind keeps the context it needs. That means less repeating yourself, easier handoffs, and agents that can take on recurring work. The examples below are illustrations, not measured customer results.

Personal

Illustrative. Monday, 8am: your Mind briefs you from Friday. What you decided, what’s still open, what’s due.

Small Business

Illustrative. The Sales and Key Accounts agent has prepared account briefs and reply drafts from last week’s quotes, using your approved pricing. Someone on your team reviews each draft and sends it. Missing information is flagged instead of guessed.

Office of the CEO

Illustrative. We prepare the weekly review with you: the numbers, what moved and why, from the shared picture of how your business runs. You spend the meeting deciding, not assembling.

Details

Common questions

What am I paying for?

Three things: the Minds you keep, any extra Minds you add, and the AI they use. Use your own AI account with no markup, or let us manage it at the provider’s cost plus 30%. Short-lived tasks do not use a Mind slot.

What does Personal include?

2 governed Minds: yours and one agent. You can add up to three more Minds for $50/month each. Short-lived task agents do not use a Mind slot.

Can one agent just do everything and pay for one Mind?

Yes. One agent can do as much as you need. It will use more AI as it does more work. Businesses add Minds when different people or agents need their own context and access.

Why does an agent use the same Mind capacity as a person?

People and agents both need their own context, access, and history. A Mind pays for that long-lived place, whether it belongs to a person or an agent. AI use is charged separately.

What’s “bring your own key”?

Connect your own AI provider account and that provider bills you directly. thinqOS adds no markup. You can use this for all of your AI use or after your included credit runs out.

How do managed AI credits and overages work?

The monthly credit is applied against the provider’s actual API cost plus 30%. For example, $100 of provider usage produces a $130 managed charge; a $75 Small Business credit leaves $55 to bill. Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Managed overage requires your approval and an agreed monthly cap.

Do I have to change plans to add a Mind?

No. Every business Mind is $40/month on Small Business and on Office of the CEO alike, up to 25, so adding one never forces an upgrade. You change plans when you want what the plan adds: shared rules for a team, hands-on setup and a shared picture of the business, or security and deployment work. Capacity and service are priced separately so you only buy the one you need.

What exactly counts as a Mind?

A person or an agent that keeps its own memory, access, and history between sessions. If you start an agent to do one task and it does not remember anything afterwards, it does not use a slot. The test is whether something persists, not how much work it did.

What is the launch, and what does it cost?

The launch is how every business starts: the intake, a thirty-minute conversation between a thinqOS agent and each person, up to five roles configured from what it learns, and one ninety-minute review call. It is $2,500 one-time on Small Business, and included in Office of the CEO and Enterprise. A day in person is available for $5,000 instead. Booking it commits you to the launch and nothing else.

How is Office of the CEO priced?

It is the Small Business platform plus $750/month for us to manage the agents with you. At ten Minds that is $250 for Small Business, $200 for the five additional Minds, and $750 for the service, so $1,200/month. Paid annually it is $12,000 up front for twelve months, $2,400 less than twelve monthly payments. Additional Minds stay $40, the same as Small Business, and are billed monthly on either option. The $750 buys the launch and the work after it: a named person as your contact, a monthly review of every agent, connection checks and repairs, a quarterly business review, changes to any agent within two business days of asking, and up to four hours a month of that person’s time in total. Reviews, connection checks, and requested changes draw on those hours, and anything beyond them is quoted in advance. Fixing something that breaks is on us and never counts against those hours. You keep the business priorities, external approvals, and final decisions. The named person is at thinqOS. That covers up to ten Minds we manage; each Mind beyond ten that we manage is $75/month, the $40 of capacity plus $35 of operations.

How is Enterprise priced?

Enterprise starts at $2,500/month on an annual contract. It includes 15 governed Minds and a $500 monthly AI credit. It is a contract, with the controls scoped per deployment, and we quote it when the controls available today meet your requirements. We set the final price around the security review, support, and setup you need, not around a Mind count. Implementation starts at $15,000.

Will my price go up?

The price you sign at is held for your first year. After that, we give at least 60 days’ notice before any change. These are introductory prices.

Can I take my Minds with me?

Your Minds are yours. You can export them as a signed archive or in documented open formats (JSON-LD, YAML-LD, or a Vault-LD Markdown folder). An export carries your Mind's contents, not a running copy of your agents. Complete export and verified deletion are still being built; we have not yet verified that exports are complete, and we publish the limits as we test them.

Published pricing is the price. Named discounts exist for education, for customers who refer, and for founding customers. Ask us. The price you sign at is held for your first year; after that, at least 60 days’ notice before any change.

Prices are shown in USD. Personal, Small Business, and Office annual plans are prepaid at the published annual price; the Office of the CEO annual option is a twelve-month prepaid term, and your written order states the amount, the payment date, and the term before anything is charged. During private preview, plans are provisioned by agreement; Personal and Small Business begin through the request flow; Office of the CEO and Enterprise begin with the launch. Managed AI credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Taxes and approved additional usage charges may apply.

All prices USD; taxes extra.
