Help your clients use thinqOS. Build a business with us.
You find and serve the customer. We run the platform. You earn from the subscription and keep the money for services you deliver.
Founding terms. The 40% share and the 24-month step are for partners who join while the founding program is open, and they stay with every account you register during it. After the program, new partners join on standard terms: 30% while you actively serve the account, 15% when servicing reverts to thinqOS, no 24-month step. Where this program and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement governs.
A clear share for the work you keep doing.
You earn more in the first two years, then keep earning while you actively serve the customer.
First 24 months
40% of the platform subscription payment we collect for each approved account you bring in.
After that
30% while you actively serve the account and provide the agreed first-line support.
Your services
Keep all revenue from the implementation, training, support, and advisory work you actually deliver.
A simple example.
These amounts assume the customer pays the full monthly price. Your share is always based on the subscription payment we actually collect after discounts and refunds. Small Business and above qualify. Managed AI charges are separate.
Discuss the founding program| Plan / platform portion | First 24 months | After that |
|---|---|---|
| Small Business, $250 | $100 | $75 |
| Office of the CEO, platform portion $450 | $180 | $135 |
| Enterprise, from $2,500 | $1,000 | $750 |
- The $750/month configuration and operations component follows whoever delivers it, at 100%, the same rule as implementation
- The $2,500 launch, published on the pricing page, follows whoever delivers it, at 100%
- Services you deliver 100%
First 24 months / while you actively serve the account after that. Annual plans use the payment we collect for the year.
Two ways to work with us.
Everything above describes Direct. A second route, Embedded, now exists for a different shape of deployment: your product, with thinqOS running inside it. Other arrangements are available by negotiation; these two cover most partners.
Route: Direct
You sell thinqOS. We invoice the customer.
- Who sells
- You, direct to the customer.
- Who invoices
- thinqOS invoices the customer.
- Customer account
- Holds a thinqOS account and signs with thinqOS.
The customer holds a thinqOS account and signs with thinqOS. You source, register, implement, and provide first-line support, and you earn the revenue share described above. This is everything on this page so far.
Named in your product
Name thinqOS in your product interface or published documentation and earn a 15% reduction against your Mind fee.
Named in contract only
Name thinqOS only in your customer contract, not in the product itself, and earn a 5% reduction. No attribution earns no reduction.
Embedded and OEM terms are agreed per deployment. Nothing on this page grants a partner a rate, band, or entitlement as of right; a signed embedded agreement is the only source of the actual terms for a given deployment.
Founding terms and eligibility
We keep each type of payment separate.
Subscriptions, AI use, and professional services are paid differently. Here is what each one means.
Subscriptions
Revenue share is calculated on the platform portion of the subscription. For Office of the CEO that is $450 of the $1,200 monthly price; the remainder is management time, which is not shared. The 40% and 30% shares apply to subscription payments we collect after discounts and refunds for Small Business, Office of the CEO, and Enterprise. Personal plans do not qualify. A registration follows a Personal customer that upgrades to a qualifying plan within 12 months.
The split is fixed when the account registers. The plan price, the platform portion and the management component are set as at the date an account is registered, and those amounts apply to that account for its life. We stay free to change our prices and how we split them; a change only ever applies to accounts registered after it takes effect. We will not reclassify platform revenue as management time, and we will not raise the management component of a plan except to reflect management services we have actually added to it.
Managed AI use
Your share is calculated on the platform subscription only. It does not include managed AI charges, taxes, or other pass-through costs, which move with usage. Partners can sell their own AI operations, optimization, and support services.
Discounts
Named, published discounts (education, referral, founding) are shared: both sides take their percentage of the lower payment. A partner-initiated discount beyond 20% off list, or any discount outside the named programs, comes out of the partner’s share alone. The thinqOS floor per plan never moves, so a deep discount is your investment decision, not a joint one.
Setup fees and payment
The launch is published at $2,500 and follows whoever delivers it; a partner may charge more under its own agreement. Whoever does the setup work keeps that fee. If we work together, we agree on the split in writing. Monthly payouts follow payments we collect. Annual payouts follow the yearly payment, less any refund or chargeback.
One partner of record
thinqOS pays one partner of record per account. Referrers, sub-contractors, internal sellers and agent suppliers are paid from your share under your own agreements, or earn directly through the agent marketplace as creators. Your split, your structure. Our payout, one place.
Getting started: register, sell and deliver
Four simple steps.
This is for partners who do real work for the customer, not just make an introduction.
Register
Tell us about the opportunity before the sale. Approved deals are protected for 120 days, or 180 days for Enterprise.
Sell
Lead the conversation and define the work. Partner payouts start with Small Business, Office of the CEO, and Enterprise. Small Business is self-serve: the customer runs it. Office of the CEO is the plan where someone runs it for the customer, and that someone can be you. Your delivery is the product.
Deliver
Run the standard launch: the intake, a thinqOS agent conversation with each person, the roles configured, one review call, the first two roles live. We provide the template and the conversations. Then first-line support under your own services agreement.
Keep helping
Keep earning while you actively serve the account and help the customer succeed.
Responsibilities, services and billing
A clean line between your work and ours.
The partner
The client’s trusted partner
- Source and register the opportunity
- Discover and scope the business outcome
- Install, configure, and train under your services agreement
- Provide first-line support and own account success
- Bill your services and keep that revenue
thinqOS
The platform underneath
- The product, built and improved continuously
- Reliability & security of the platform
- Provider connections and managed-AI operations
- Deep product support behind the partner’s first-line service
- Platform billing and partner payout during private preview
The customer gets two clear invoices.
thinqOS bills the platform subscription and any managed AI. The partner bills its professional services.
Deal protection and changing partners
A deal is protected. The customer is never locked in.
We protect an approved opportunity while you work on it. After the sale, you keep the account for as long as you provide the agreed setup and first-line support. Founding Premier Partners get first call on qualified services leads for 12 months. Premier status needs a named person dedicated to thinqOS who has run the standard launch twice with us present, plus at least 5 active accounts, reviewed annually. There is no blanket exclusivity.
Talk through the modelProtection in plain English
- Standard registration 120 days
- Enterprise registration 180 days
- First call on services leads 12 months
- Global exclusivity none
- Customer may change partner always
- On a change, the outgoing partner keeps 15% for the rest of the term; the incoming partner earns the 30% servicing rate from takeover
The customer keeps their data.
The customer owns their Minds, data, and right to export. They can change service partners without losing access or continuity. The relationship works because the customer chooses it.
The basics before you sign.
What happens after the first 24 months?
The share moves from 40% to 30%. It continues while you actively serve the account: a named account contact, first-line support with next-business-day response, and an annual account review. If servicing reverts to thinqOS, the share steps to 15% while your registration stays attached, and returns to 30% if you resume serving the account.
What are the terms after the founding program?
30% of eligible subscription payments while you actively serve the account, and 15% when servicing reverts to thinqOS while your registration stays attached. No 24-month step. Founding partners keep the founding terms for the accounts they registered during the program.
Does the share include AI usage?
No. The share is for eligible subscription payments. Provider usage and managed AI charges are separate because their cost changes with use. You can still sell your own AI operations and advisory services.
What if the customer needs a discount?
Your payout is a percentage of what the customer actually pays for the subscription. For named, published discounts, both percentages are applied to the lower payment. A partner-initiated discount beyond 20% off list, or any discount outside the named programs, comes out of the partner’s share alone.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You own your services relationship and the approved opportunity. thinqOS owns the platform obligations. The customer owns its Minds and data and can change service partners.
Is the program exclusive?
No. Protection is attached to accepted opportunities and active accounts. Founding Premier status may include preferred lead routing for a renewable term, but it does not grant blanket ownership of a market.
Build the founding partner program with us.
Tell us about the businesses you serve and the work you deliver. We’ll turn this into a simple written agreement that explains payment, responsibilities, and customer protections.
Changelog.
This program is versioned because a signed agreement incorporates it by reference. The version in force on the date an account is registered governs that account for its life; superseded versions stay reachable below.

- Version 2026.2 September 12, 2026 Clarifies that these are the program's founding terms rather than a proposal, fixes the platform/management split at the date an account registers, states that the embedded list rate falls with volume, and reserves a section for insurance cover once bound.
